The GP's are lovely and seem efficient. The reception team are clearly demotivated and in need of some investment. They need training to enable them mange periods at intense busy-ness with emotional resilience. It isn't acceptable to make derogatory remarks about patients in front at other patient after the patient has left. There doesn't appear to be harmony within the reception team either with unhelpful 'blame' type behaviour towards one another rather than supporting one another.
