Having been with the surgery for years, I have always been very pleased with the Doctors service and attention given to me..
The biggest gripe I have is that trying to see a particular Doctor, (I know that we all have our favourite Doctors because they know your history) very often you have to wait several weeks to see them, BUT, if I need an urgent appointment today I have always been able to see a Doctor within the emergency clinic.
On having Blood Tests why do you have to wait so long before having one, why can't you have one straight away in the surgery, and again then waiting two weeks for the result, then another wait to see the Doctor. It should/could be made a lot quicker
Overall, A Good Surgery and Very Good Doctors.
