The receptionists are efficient, helpful, warm and welcoming. I have experienced first hand how they try to deal with hostile patients, and they are courteous but firm. They do remarkably well under the circumstances.
There is usually a 20 to 30 minute wait from the actual appointment time for both doctors & nurses. This is enavitable as at this practice the patient is not treated as if they are on an assembly line, they are given the time needed in order to sort out their problems. A sign of good sense over government guidelines. I feel lucky to belong to the Eastwick Park Medical Practice.
