Receptionist was sweet and funny. Nurse/GP was quick and efficient and a bit funny :)

The receptionist are always helpful. Sometimes it is difficult to get an appointment with Dr. Peshen but just have to keep trying. Can't give you something they haven't got. It takes ages to get through in the morning sometimes, up to 45mins. Perhaps more telephone lines or early morning staff? Other than that, all is very good, thank you .

thank you for taking the time to comment, Dr Peshen is now back from sick leave, our telephone calls are very busy in the morning for the first 15 minutes or so. lots of services available to save going to the Hospital or elsewhere. My GP is very helpful and listens to me.

From reception to the Doctor, my experience is mainly very good. The receptionist are always very helpful. When I can get an appointment with my own Doctor, that is always very efficient and every effort made to solve the problem. The other doctors in the practice are also very good.
I would like to have better care for Diabetes, with access to a diabetic nurse at anytime.

The staff run the surgery very efficiently and will always help if possible. The doctors are very busy but I can always get an appointment when I need one, sometimes with the late night sit and wait. The Drs at the surgery are very caring and will try to find the best solution to your health needs.
