Replace the not fit for purpose phone line appointments. 3 hours of constant phoning only to have someone hang up on me. Ended up having to go there and to be told "Busy" Come into surgery at 8am to try and book an appointment? Also there should be an option to prebook an appointment with any Doctor in the practice that you want to see. Not just your "registered gp" I never see my registered gp as she is as about as helpful as a chocolate teapot. Some one could seriously die whilst trying to make an appointment for this practice.

Thank you for your feedback. We acknowledge that the phone lines are very busy at 8am and that available appointments get booked very quickly.
