I have always received a great service from my GP, from the practice and from the NHS in general. My GP has always listened to my problems and has promptly referred me to a specialist/consultant when required. I have always received great service at the QEQM. At one time making an appointment was very difficult and getting through to the surgery by telephone was a stressful experience. Things have improved and I like the online service. However I think the surgery could benefit from a telephone queuing system that informs callers how long they will have to wait.
