when wanting a "same day" appointment I do find it a bit frustrating trying to get through. I normally attempt to get through at 07.59 and answerphone kicks in - I replace receiver & redial to find lines permanently engaged, sometimes for 20 mins. When finally getting through, am told all appointments are taken. I do appreciate how busy the surgery is and it's not always possible to see one's designated GP. In the scheme of things my "niggle" is of no momentum and I have nothing but praise for the whole team.
