I just want to leave some words of thanks for Dr Scaffardi and the team at East Bridgford Medical Centre. Dr Scaffardi saw me for a face to face appointment in the middle of the COVID pandemic (with appropriate PPE) and sorted out my running injury. I appreciate that my problem was a lot less important than coronavirus and the many other medical problems he was seeing that week. However, it was important to me and Dr Scaffardi put himself out to make sure they problem was sorted out. That included contacting the hospital to ensure the appropriate scan was done when I initially faced an indefinite delay. Thanks to Dr Scaffardi and the team!

I find the telephone call with the Dr. very useful, appointments have been arranged efficiently and discussions and treatment have been very satisfactory. I find the building to be clean, light and has a comfortable waiting room. The pharmacy on site is extremely useful and such a good idea. There is also an adequate parking area. The staff seem to keep calm even when very busy and are helpful. I was pleased to see recently having rushed down to collect a prescription before they shut for lunch that in fact they are open all day now. How sensible. At the moment I cannot think of anything I would want to complain about and recommend the practice to friends.
