I find the telephone call with the Dr. very useful, appointments have been arranged efficiently and discussions and treatment have been very satisfactory. I find the building to be clean, light and has a comfortable waiting room. The pharmacy on site is extremely useful and such a good idea. There is also an adequate parking area. The staff seem to keep calm even when very busy and are helpful. I was pleased to see recently having rushed down to collect a prescription before they shut for lunch that in fact they are open all day now. How sensible.
At the moment I cannot think of anything I would want to complain about and recommend the practice to friends.
