Received letter to attend diabetic clinic. It advises that I have already been sent this letter previously and a blood form was enclosed. Needless to say I have not received the first letter. Second letter advises me to collect blood form from surgery. Rang surgery, eventually got through. Made appointment for appropriate clinic. Could not get appropriate appointment for blood to be taken. Rang Leighton. Could only get appointment for blood to be taken on day after clinic appointment. Rang surgery again to change clinic appointment. Kept on hold in queue. Explained situation and cancelled first clinic appointment. Then advised that no further clinic appointments would be released until the end of the week. Loosing the will to live here! Have now wasted two days trying to sort compatible appointments. Have just cancelled them all. Maybe that’s what they want then they can put the blame on the patient.
