Normally I don't notice or chat with the reception staff so have no preconceived ideas on how they should or shouldn't behave, whenever I've been to the desk I've found them polite and professional but never gave them any further consideration. Today was the exception I'm sorry I didn't get the young ladies name, but in less than five minutes she made me feel special! I actually felt that my medication and appointment were of the utmost importance and at that time my needs were all that mattered, as I left Eagle Bridge I actually had a spring in my step. So being someone who is better known for my grumpiness and who never really thought about this part of the practice I think it is right to say thank you for your attention.
