Shocking service struggle to get appointment for months, reception are a useless bunch that make it harder to been seen by your doctor. Leaving this surgery due to the poor services!

I was surprised to read your comment as pre-bookable appointments are available on most days. Perhaps you wished to see a particular doctor at a designated time? We are changing our appointment system from next week, so please either collect a Newsletter from reception or look on our website: eaglehousesurgery.co.uk where it will be posted shortly.
