Love the idea of being able to book an appointment online but there are rarely any appointments available to book that way which is a shame.
Once you get an appointment the service is great but on the rare occasions I go to my GP I always try to see the same doctor so I get some continuity.
GP receptionists generally have a bit of a bad rep but the ones are Eagle House do a good job. I have heard them being a bit sharp with people who may not understand the systems for appointments due to language etc but haven't experienced that myself.
I haven't had to use it but the Saturday morning walk in is a good idea. I hope it's being used and continues.
