Yesterday evening I called the surgery for an appointment as I'm sure I had a chest infection, I was advised by the first receptionist that there were no appointments and to ring Evergreen surgery, there were no appointments left there either. I then called Eagle House again and explained my symptoms and that I couldn't wait until the morning to see a doctor. The receptionist who I have spoke to many times spoke to the doctor and managed to fit me in on an emergency appointment at 5.50pm. I would be grateful if you could pass on my thanks to the receptionist for her time and care. And of course all the staff at the surgery, you all do a great job. Many thanks Clare Dettmer
