I find it very rare that i can not see a doctor on the same day that i call.It might not be the doctor you want but you are being seen and with the pressures GPs are under at the moment i am thankful that i have this surgery that can do this.
We have a new system at Eagle house where you phone and the Dr will call you back and if you need to be seen a appointment for that day is given to you by the Dr.Some times you may not need a Dr and you can be seen by a nurse practitioner.
