It is not always easy to book an appointment but once you have one the care I have been given has on the whole been a good experience.The one suggestion I would make is to reduce the heat in the waiting -room.

In terms of the heat in the waiting room, could you please let the reception staff know if, in future, you feel the waiting room is too hot, and they will ensure the heating is turned down.
