Eagle house is the nicest surgery in Enfield. My mother s registered here as am I and I am her carer so my experience is two-fold. The receptionists are always kind, helpful and polite despite having to deal with some very rude patients. The doctors I have seen (Doctors Rubinstein, Khalid, K and Murphy) are all very approachable and knowledgeable and patients are not made to feel rushed even though the doctors are so busy and over-stretched. The idea that a dr will ring you before making an appointment for you is a great idea and stops unnecessary wasting of doctors time. It is difficult to get through on the phone lines first thing in the morning but what surgery these days can you get through to first thing in the morning? If all patients made use of the surgery in the correct manner and a couple more GPs were willing to join this lovely practice then there would be more positive reviews.
