Most of the Gp are quite helpful and include me in the decision. However, there is 1 or 2 who need to be more patient sensitive. I ensure that I booked my appointments with those I feel more comfortable with.
The receptionist mostly welcoming, however there is one lady who might be very new who have a unwelcome voice over the phone. Spoke to her recently trying to get a telephone consultation during the pandemic. I did not recognised her voice.
Maybe she is new.
