I make a call. The receptionist was very helpful. The audio/video consultant with Dr Kasim was very very good. I was totally impressed with the way the consultant was done remotely.
Claps for the NHS and keep up with the good work
Maybe a question is needed when you didn't visit the office as I only made a call to the office.
