A shocking surgery that has got worse and worse. Telephone appointment line is shocking and when you do get through you cannot speak to the right person

While most of the receptionist staff are totally fab unfortunately I had 2 days of not very good service from the same reception staff who completely lied to me over the telephone and was VERY uncaring to my situation ! The reception manager who spoke with me was a lovely lady and took the time to listen to my complaint .....thank you !

very poor patient care with follow up illnesses being ignored

I have never had any issues with this surgery. The GP's I have seen have always been amazing Dr Clare Murphy and Dr Ian Rubenstein are so helpful and have always gone above and beyond to help me. I have seen Sister Belinda on many ocassions and again she is great and so gentle and always gives as much information as possible. I must say the reception staff are remarkable they take the brunt of everything and have so much to deal with but they remain so helpful, polite and they are very welcoming. All in all I give the surgery a 10 out of 10. Thank you

Have always found the doctors give time when you need it, especially Drs.Rubinstein, Murphy and Marks. Appointments do not run on time and this can be difficult for the patient if they have other things to do during the day. Overall the surgery is great and I would recommend it to anyone. Compared to what I hear from friends you are doing well!
