I went to see a totally new partner in the Practice following the retirement of my GP. Dr Steel was charming, and explained very fluently which test was required, made arrangements for the test and communicated the result and proposed treatment within days. At every stage the Doctor explained my choices and her recommended treatment and follow-up plan. Very smooth and reassuring.
