I find the surgery very clean friendly and helpful. I have been coming to the surgery since birth 28 years ago, Dr Pira has always been very caring and has always been very efficient at helping myself, my children and all my other family members who use the surgery.
The receptionist are exceptional, on occasions where the doctor has been on leave or in surgery, the receptionists have all been a brilliant help. Carol, Diana, Patrick, Rachel and
The only issue I have ever had with the surgery, is Dr Kassams impatient and arrogant approach to people. on a number of occasions, he has made me feel like i'm a terrible mother, and that I have wasted his time. it is these reasons why I wont' be seen by him anymore
