I have been a patient here for several years and have found that this surgery and every member of staff are truly excellent. At every point of contact from the staff to the GP, I am shown attentive care and thoughtful consideration for all of my medical needs.

The Medical help and staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Every need and request that I've had has been efficiently and respectfully taken care of.

Sometimes its hard to get through to the surgery when wanting to make an appointment. When I do make an appointment I would like a text reminder on my mobile to remind me before time.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you have had difficulty in getting through to the surgery, there are certain times when the lines can be engaged, but generally getting through to a receptionist should be very quick. If this is a continuing problem please give me a call on 0161 839 2721 (Patrick Murphy - Practice Manager) Thank you for your suggestion regarding text reminders, this is something that we have been looking at, and hope to implement in the future.
