The practice is very clean and efficient. The receptionist staff will do their best to help you at all times and very friendly. The doctors could use a little work on their patient relations (they can be a little brusque) but overall, very good.

I first saw Dr Somil about my arthritis in February 2014. He asked me to go for an X-ray for the arthritis to be diagnosed which was duly done in March. He gave me painkillers for the pain and asked me to come back for repeat prescriptions. He then said that I would have to lose at least 10 kgs before he would refer me for the operation for a hip replacement. After losing 3.5 kgs he then agreed to refer me. The date for that was October 2014. Within a couple of days I received a letter saying that I could book online for an appointment at the hospital. I immediately logged on the computer and received an appointment with the consultant for 28 November. I attended this appointment and got the good news that I would be having the operation on 22 December. Although it was over the Christmas period I was really pleased of the timescale of this. Dr Somil was fantastic and I would be grateful if this could be passed onto the doctor.
