Exceptional GP Surgery. Every staff member ranging from reception staff, nurses and doctors provide a tailored, caring and professional service. It is very easy to get through on the telephone and the opening hours are perfect! I have always found it easy to get a GP appointment, normally within 24/48hrs. The receptionist's are excellent, at working with you to ensure you are seen quickly. Any appointments I have had are always running on time. Both of the GP's are equally approachable and very thorough, giving you the time you need without feeling rushed. I find that they take a genuine interest in your care and ensuring you are fully informed and included. The nurses are equally as accommodating and understanding. In terms of repeat medication requests, letters etc. I have found that these are always processed very quickly. Couldn't ask for better and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the surgery to anyone, and have done previously.

We have lived in this area for nearly five years. In that time my husband and I have received extremely good care from the Knares Practice. We have both had major surgery. I had a hysterectomy in May 2014. Unfortunately my laparoscopic wound became infected and I received very good wound care from the nursing team. Overall the service is extremely good. I cannot fault it.

I called the surgery at 8:30 and was placed on a call back from Dr and was called at 9:30 and sorted nice and easy. Dr Macaulay is a little star.

We were seen on time and my son's minor op was very quick. Dr Macauley was very nice and chatted to my son which put him at ease. The nurse was lovely too very chatty which also helped put my son at ease. They were very helpful and very kind and I am very happy with the treatment we received.
