The surgery is so much better than when I moved here in Feb 2023 when I had a bad experience with a rude receptionist. Lovely welcome today and great to see practitioners who really care.

Make it easier to email doctors reception direct and respond to online messages. It would save so much tooing and froing.

Telephone appointments can be difficult to get through to reception due to the amount of people calling. Once through to reception it is easy from then on

Because the system is very straightforward and easy to use, the staff are very helpful and friendly when you speak to them and the surgery is always a clean and relaxing place
