We wanted to give some (positive!) feedback about your surgery. We spoke with one of your receptionists last week, who suggested that email was a good way to send you this feedback. We have found your surgery helpful and accommodating – in particular in relation to making appointments, ease of contacting (including by email as well as by phone or in person) and arranging prescriptions. Obviously you have procedures and sometimes requests cannot be actioned instantly, and your staff are clear on what can or can’t be done. And when things are needed more urgently, your staff have done their best to try to arrange them more quickly. Your text messages upon booking and as reminders are extremely helpful. We have also experienced you using your internal messaging facility – this seems extremely helpful also in order to get questions answered quickly without an appointment. When there have been administrative issues, we have found your staff very helpful in resolving them quickly – in some cases more quickly than we had expected.
