Receptionists are either rude and arrogant, making one feel guilty asking for things but forgetting that the patients'taxes pay for their salaries!!! Or they are friendly but incompetent. It's difficult to establish a relationship with one particular doctor. I will not recommend this surgery and am looking to go to Medwyns! Appalling service but not surprising....it is NHS afterall!
