This is a great surgery . Its been 6 months since i have started using the online booking system for appointments and prescriptions this has been a brilliant tool for me to use. Prior to this my experience of trying to get appointments for myself and my family hd been horrendous as the phone lines were always busy and then when finally got through all the appoints were gone. The online system is great for busy working mums like myself however I question if the online appointment system is alienating a large cohort of the practice who do not have access to the internet or cant use the system effectively and then when telephone for an appoint they are all gone as have been booked online. I work as a clinician for 111 and time and time again we are dealing with pts who are unable to use the internet and are not able to get appointments.
