I received a telephone consultation from Dr Jones. His advice and diagnosis was accurate and concise. It was very reassuring.

Lovely friendly staff. Good appointment service, even in these times! Doctors are great. Really glad to be here at this practise.

I always find the reception desk staff really helpful and friendly. I somehow manage to get an appointment when I need one. I have no problems with this surgery - they are very proactive

I have been a patient at DRS for over 14 years. During this period I have been treated with nothing but complete courtesy, professionalism and where appropriate empathy. I do not take coming to see my GP lightly, (Dr Knight) I know he's a very busy overworked professional. I therefore do not ask to see him unless I feel it is absolutely necessary, I use the NHS website or 111. However, this morning out of desperation (and my other half!!) I called the surgery - NEW SYSTEM, I spent 20 minutes waiting on the phone, under normal circumstances I would have hung up. Then when completely frustrated I managed to speak to a human being and was given the 3rd degree on what was wrong before finally getting an appointment. I think I understand and sympathise with the situation and lack of personnel in the NHS but I do not think this procedure is the answer. I just felt that the new system was there as a barrier, in the hope that I would give up and not bother.

Dr Jones empathetic, efficient and effective, all staff always friendly and helpful, excellent experiences with nurses, most recently Becky who was wonderful. Thank you all
