Cannot use a computer or have a clever phone! probably due to the fact I am over 75. Try making an appointment by phone for blood tests requested by A hospital clinic for ongoing medical condition is an absolute nightmare. According to NHS info and media GP practices are OPEN then why was I chastised verbally by the receptionist for visiting the surgery in person to make an appointment after trying via the telephone unsuccessfully for over an hour? I am courteous and respectful and I expect the same courtesy back.

Suggested improvements
Take into account patients age as well as needs at all times by all surgery staff and remember some patients are not in tune with the world of technology.
