I have given one star to everything asked as I cannot give zero stars. I can't answer question two as I cannot get an appointment with a doctor!
Suggested improvements
I want to be able to make an appointment. When one finally gets through on the 'phone there are no appointments left. The surgery staff in their wisdom refuses to give out appointments in advance of the day one calls. As a carer I need to be able to plan in advance also, as a carer I'm supposed to be a priority - what a joke that is!
Doctors and nurses, the caring profession LOL.
