I visit the health centre on very rare occasions, hence when I need medical assistance I am calling for a genuine reason. I had a back issue and spoke with a paramedic, physio and then doctor. The doctor was the most unhelpful of the three, very patronising and I felt like I shouldn’t have bothered him! Unfortunately this happened the last time I contacted the health centre and it’s just such a bad service!

Suggested improvements
More empathy, listen to your patients as diagnosis over the phone is not accurate! Look at patients records and if they don’t have a history of calling frequently, Understand they are calling for help!
