Automated check-in system which I don't trust (and on basis of previous visit, neither do the GPs). As last time, my appointment time slipped sufficiently (more than half an hour over a mid-morning appointment time of 11:20) that I spoke to a receptionist to enquire whether the automated check-in system had failed again (it hadn't). At least the consultation was worth waiting for.
