I used to be part of Fitz road. The appt system .always seemed to work extremely well. What have you done to the appt system now? It's virtually impossible to get an appt asthma reasonable time frame unless it's urgent on the day and the only if you are well enough to help and on the phone at 8.00 and was 7th in the queue!

Arrived at 1.30 pm the lady on information desk very pleasant and helpful. Even helped me make a coffee. Please pass on my thanks to her. Overall very good service. (2/3/2016 - 1.30 pm).

The doctor (Obernechie) was very empathetic whilst being professional. He was honest enough to say when he thought he ought to seek advice and will make a follow up call. I was very impressed and reassured.

Nurses are very good and appointments are satisfactory (i.e getting one when needed).
Getting a doctor's appointment is not satisfactory because of the weeks we have to wait.Even a telephone appointment is just as bad as I found at recently.If we were told why this is at least we could be understanding in our frustration.A friend asked that question to a doctor recently and was told to write to her MP, with no further explanation.
When I see a doctor I am happy with the care, booking on live is easy, but the wait is too long.
