When I came to this practice I was only on 20 MLS of eye drops a month. You substituted my eye drops for Carmellose which I did not like, and then hydromellose. I could not remember the name of the previous drops. My previous G.P would not give me the information, and you did not obtain this as you said you would from my medical records my optician has now confirmed I was on 20 mls of OPTIO;

New nurse, Clare could not do smear or decide on blood tests to be done as still in training. I was warned this may happen.

As I work at sea scale Monday - Friday and don't get to Cockermouth until 5 pm getting an appointment is near to impossible - I have to book around 3 weeks in advance late night appointments on weekends should be available.

Suggestion:
Both receptionist and appointment staff would benefit from having volunteer helpers. Both staff are currently absent from their posts a lot. This makes patients nervous.
