New nurse, Clare could not do smear or decide on blood tests to be done as still in training. I was warned this may happen.

As I work at sea scale Monday - Friday and don't get to Cockermouth until 5 pm getting an appointment is near to impossible - I have to book around 3 weeks in advance late night appointments on weekends should be available.

Suggestion:
Both receptionist and appointment staff would benefit from having volunteer helpers. Both staff are currently absent from their posts a lot. This makes patients nervous.

Nothing, Dr Nelis was very abrupt, rude and ignorant she was in my opinion very impediment and no help whatsoever, I have never in my life came across a doctor with such disregard for patients or so rude towards myself for no reason.

Cancelled appointment - phoned 1st thing and saw a Dr 1 hr later.
Dr talked what she was doing and why.
Friendly and welcoming.
Always a fantastic surgery. the receptionist/Dr/nurses always helpful and knowledgeable. Outstanding service. Thank you.
