The cover on the floor by the pillar by information collection desk has loose handle which can be picked around and the other handle is not than with the floor and is trip hazard. I have friend to push them in to save you the bother but in vain.
The other covers near the desk are perfect and flush with the floor. Thanks.

I was told to contact my health visitor when I rang to make appointment for my 4 month old son, he had not feed for 24 hours and had bad cough. I expressed my concern. I was then told again to contact health visitor and that I should then cancel my appointment that was eventually made. ( I rang health visitor later that day - answer service. I then came for my appointment at 2:30 and was to be lighted to whit haven where we have stayed for the last 5 days. My son had bronchitis and nearly had to go to Newcastle please make appointments for infants, I could have lost my son.
