The appointment system is ridiculous. 3 weeks to wait for an appointment needs improving. This does not happen at Aspatria or Maryport!

Everything!! It has now gone from an excellent practice with caring doctors, to nothing more than a poor excuse for a hospital - All the best staff have left.

Turned up for bloods, nurse said Doctor Hotton has asked for hospital to take, could have phoned me!
I spoke yesterday about appointment to receptionist, said double book, asked if I could bring correct needle from boots.

The doctor called me in well in advance of appointment time and was well versed for the reason of my visit.
She listened to my queries and gave me understandable answers.
