I have tried to get an appt to see the GP today. From 8.00 to 8.07 am there was a message saying the surgery was closed. When I eventually got a ring tone from 8.08 to 08.45 the telephone has rang 8 times and then it cuts me off! Not sure how I am supposed to get an appt this way.

Dear Patient we are sorry you have had problems with phoning the practice. we are aware and trying to make some inproveents. We are holing a patient meeting on Tuesday 14th of June and Im sure this will be discussed then and we will try to inform patients of any furhter development we can try.
