It is often IMPOSSIBLE to contact this practice by telephone in the morning. It rings once, and then, straight away, there is a constant engaged tone; any urgent appointment or doctor's visit needed would be impossible to book! This sorry state of affairs has been going on for a very long time even after numerous complaints about it. When will they wake up to the fact that the telephone system needs some attention?

Dear Patient We have increased in size and the phone system is not the best. we are very aware and try and have more staff answering at peak times but the demand is more than we can cope with. We are holding our next patient meeting on Tuesday 14th of June and Im sure we will be discussing this problem. I can only apologise for the frustration you must feel trying to get through on the phone.
