I have attempted to get an appointment for my son all week from 08:30 and the automated telephone message tells me lines are busy and cuts me off. I mentioned this to the receptionist today and she told me nobody else had complained about this and there was no issue with the phone lines, it was just busy. When I called yesterday another receptionist cut me off whilst I was talking to put me on hold. All I want is a review for my son as he is now out of tablets. The service is terrible and I hate that I have to use this surgery!

Suggested improvements
Recruit telephone staff who are helpful and not plain rude, it's disgusting and nobody cares!
