I have been a patient at Danebridge medical Centre from when it was at the library in Northwich probably 55 years ago. I have always found the doctors always helpful and the receptionist willing to try and get you an appointment or a telephone call. I had course to need an appointment with the doctor this week, the lady doctor was absolutely fantastic. We talked about my problem and come to a decision consulting between us and I came away very happy. I must also give the nursing side a big thumbs up. They are absolutely fantastic and do their best in every way to help you yes, all our NHS staff are overworked and possibly underpaid like many , but they do their best in what has been a very challenging and traumatic situation over the past three years. I have just applied for my son who is a grown man to be accepted at Danebridge due to a move to the local area. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else .

Yes, the appointment system could be better but they are doing their best in a traumatic and very very busy health service during this time of year in the winter. There are so many people needing to see Doctors Chemist can also be a brilliant elf at Danebridge just across the road.

I have attempted to get an appointment for my son all week from 08:30 and the automated telephone message tells me lines are busy and cuts me off. I mentioned this to the receptionist today and she told me nobody else had complained about this and there was no issue with the phone lines, it was just busy. When I called yesterday another receptionist cut me off whilst I was talking to put me on hold. All I want is a review for my son as he is now out of tablets. The service is terrible and I hate that I have to use this surgery!

Recruit telephone staff who are helpful and not plain rude, it's disgusting and nobody cares!

Cannot believe that Danebridge has the second lowest rating in Northwich NHS Surgeries! My wife and I consider that the service we always receive from the Doctors based at Danebridge is exceptional. We cannot really understand why some patients are less impressed - after all it is general knowledge that the NHS as a group are struggling numbers wise and that has to be taken into account. The Receptionists have also improved in our opinion - on the ball and kind and considerate! They are always helpful and generally smiling. Similarly all the nurses we have seen are also really professional, speedy and dare I say it even injections are less painful. My wife runs her own cleaning Company and insists we give the cleaners recognition for maintaining the cleanliness of the surgery. Finally, lets also say thank you to the Doctors Medical Secretaries who do a brilliant job also. To the general public who are signed up with the Danebridge group for gods sake take a kinder view of the staff who are genuinely doing their best in very trying times!

I feel this surgery has gone back to pre war. You can’t get an appointment. I ring on the dot 08.29 immediately in a queue number 20 something. The ever so unhelpful receptionist (who by the way thinks she’s medically trained) answers. Can I prebook 3 days in advance please, the receptionist asks what is the issue, you tell her, she then says sorry they have all gone. I’ve tried this for the past 3 days. The receptionist then gleefully tells you the best thing to do is to come to the surgery at 08.00hrs and book a sit and wait, that’s what people do now. I remember doing that with my mother when I was a child I was born 1956, golly how far and advanced this surgery has evolved. Standing outside in the cold amongst germ ridden people, how far you have risen Danebridge, there must be an accolade that can be rewarded for your ingenious approach to health care. I am going to try one more time, if not successful I will call at the surgery at 08.00 take some photos to demonstrate how far you have come. Maybe it’s your receptionists who think they are Dr Kildare (apt name I think) and turn the patients away.

I have been to see Dr Siddique for the second time today and would like to say how she made me feel so at ease , she is lovely and caring , thank you
