I feel very privileged to be a registered as a patient at Crown Wood Surgery. After experiencing poor access at my previous surgery, returning to this Surgery was like a breath of fresh air. Crown Wood is functioning as a traditional surgery, where you can access Drs and care by appointment easily.

I just wanted to let you know am very upset by the response from the receptionist, when my wife who is unwell and taking a lot of cancer medication tried to book an appointment. She was told sorry I have got nothing today you will have to call again tomorrow no help at all or offer to look at any appointments for later on in the week.

Excellent care. Very easy to get an appointment and been seen quickly. . Referrals are made promptly if required. I have heard of some other local surgeries where it is not uncommon to wait. 2 -3 weeks for an appointment. Myself and other family members have never experienced this. We are all very impressed in the way the surgery is run.

The Doctor at this surgery is very highly qualified, very knowledgable and has looked after myself and my family for 15 years.

to book an appointment is difficult as I suspect it is with most surgeries, the phone is constantly engaged and when you are working all day you cannot sit on the phone all day. I could not book via the online facility as it was not working and I only wanted to see the nurse.
I do not like the ticket system once you arrive for your appointment, I never know who is next to go perhaps a screen with the number on would be better.
Staff are helpful though and Dr Rao is lovely.
