to book an appointment is difficult as I suspect it is with most surgeries, the phone is constantly engaged and when you are working all day you cannot sit on the phone all day. I could not book via the online facility as it was not working and I only wanted to see the nurse.
I do not like the ticket system once you arrive for your appointment, I never know who is next to go perhaps a screen with the number on would be better.
Staff are helpful though and Dr Rao is lovely.
