Crown Street Surgery seems to cope admirably with a never ending tide of patients -old and new - wanting and needing to make use of its many services.
As one fractional part of the NHS, the practice demonstrates exactly why the country's NHS is the national asset that other nations envy. Its reception staff are helpful and polite, its nurses likewise and its doctors do really care about their patients present conditions and future well-being.
How the practice will continue to deliver this level of service in the face of continued budget cuts and pressures of workload are my biggest personal concern for Crown Street Surgery .
