V. difficult to get appnt on phone. Sometimes have to dial on 3 phones for 20 mins before getting through. More phones? More staff? Also blood tests- wait time is not good. Needs improvement. Another phlebotomist?
I saw Dr Andy Jordan today and would like to thank him for his patient understanding & help. VV informative & just a lovely proper doctor. I felt better immediately after consult. The time he took was much appreciated.
