When I first heard about the surgery's new online appointment system I was delighted! However, when I tried to use their online appointment system I found it to be very restrictive. I could not select any doctor / nurse (which is what I needed) other than my own GP and the first available appointment was in 16 days time. If the patient's own GP has no appointments to give, then we should have the freedom/option to choose another doctor. And how do we go about choosing a nurse? Many thanks.
