One continually reads desperate reports of the crisis in the NHS and GPs' practices, but none of the criticisms seems to apply to the CrossKeys. The staff - from Reception right through to nurses and doctors - are uniformly helpful, polite, welcoming, efficient and friendly. This is a brilliant practice and we are very lucky to have it here.
