Since this surgeries apt system goes through to Risborough it always seems to take ages to get through to make an appointment. I have on occasions walked up to the surgery as its quicker than getting through on the phone.

My husband is not able to get to the surgery. A doctor comes quite quickly when I need help. Everyone at the surgery, doctors, nurses and receptionists are always pleasant and helpful.
I very much appreciate the support we have both been given.
